About Us

From a hand raised to a movement heard

The Democracy for the Citizens Party (DCP) Embu Chapter was born out of a simple conviction — that leadership must listen. Under the stewardship of Hon. Gitonga Mukunji and a dedicated team of grassroots organisers, the chapter has grown from a handful of volunteers into a structured movement reaching all 21 wards of Embu County, with over 151,000 registered members and counting.
